Personalized Custom Name Necklaces

Wow! The Holidays sure did get here fast. I'm prepping for Christmas with the family once again and have been having a lot of fun decorating the tree and putting up lights and decorations around the house. Look at our beautiful small tree. Isn't it cute? You can even see some Ceramic ornaments I made a few years ago.

There's been lots going on in my shop lately, and thankfully, lots of sales. Mostly, due to the new addition to the shop!(and probably also because the Holidays are around the corner and shoppers are doing their last minute on-line shopping. Lucky me!

I'm so excited to announce that I've just started making custom name necklaces! You can check out some examples here. So far, the feedback I've gotten from customers is great. I'm allowing customers to choose whatever name they want or you can even choose a custom word. I've gotten some really interesting requests so far, even phrases in another language!

Updated 8-12-12: This is an example of a sterling silver name necklace. These necklaces come in 17 inches and are made of sterling silver. You can choose any name you would like, just let me know your specifications at checkout.

Oh! I forgot to mention another very important tidbit...shipping is FREE until December 31, 2010. And I'm even shipping International orders for FREE as well... everywhere including Russia, Canada, Australia, or wherever else you'd like. Side note: the FREE Shipping only applies to USPS First Class Mail, International orders included. If its a RUSH order, I do offer Priority Mail Shipping Upgrade, for a fee ofcourse.

Updated 8-12-12: I've recently added 14k Gold fill Personalized Name Necklaces. They come on 17 inch chains, and you can choose any word or name you would like.

Working in My Studio

Hi all! I hope everyone's Thanksgiving weekend was full of family, friends, food and being Thankful. Mine sure was. I'm still eating leftovers, believe it or not! My weekend was also full of a birthday party, making jewelry for orders as well as designing some new fun things....soon to be listed in my shop.

While working this weekend, I remembered that I was photographed in my studio just a few months ago, by a friend of mine and while they're on my Facebook Fan Page, I completely forgot to share them here! These are a few shots of me working in my studio, taken by my dear friend and photographer Carrie Crow.

Check out how large the flame from the torch can get! You can really see just how scary making beads and working with glass can sometimes be. Thank god for protective eyewear!

Have a lovely week! Til next time!

Aziza is Modeling??

For as long as I've been making my own jewelry, I've always worn it. So in a sense I've been my own jewelry model. I've even sold a few pieces right off my body to complete strangers who've eyed my work. But after several years of making it, I've finally decided to "model" it right and by that I mean putting it on and photographing it myself, lol!). What do you think of these photos?

Citrine and Watermelon Tourmaline Earrings!

Check out these brand new to my shop earrings! They are made from watermelon tourmaline gemstones and yellow citrine quartz gemstones.

Gosh, these earrings are so yummy, I almost want to eat them...let alone they have watermelon tourmaline stone on them...get it..."watermelon" tourmaline? Anyway they're made of such juicy goodness that I want to buy clothes just to match them up with something to wear.

They kind of remind me of pineapples too...maybe I'll head over to J.Crew or Ann Taylor Loft and rummage through their comfy cute tees to see if there's anything fruity or bright to match them up with.

Want your own pair? You can buy them here!

Happy Shopping!

My Jewelry New Years Resolution

Happy New Year all! I hope its shaping up to be a lovely year for you so far...i know it is for me! I don't usually write Resolutions for the New Year but this year I decided to break from tradition and set a goal for myself. My New Year Resolution is to expand my design scope to include simpler jewelry. Since I tend to use a lot of bright colors and fun shapes and designs, I often get requests for simpler designs and more mute colors.

So, look forward to more semi-precious stones and simpler designs to outfit you! Happy New Year everyone!
